Hey everyone!  So as you might already know from my previous post, I finally got my hands on a couple of the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea products!  So excite!  I really wanted to try the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Marine Boosting Mist because I just really love facial mists.  The awesome thing about this one though, is that it is supposed to be a 4-in-1 facial spray.  It claims to act as a primer, a setting spray, a hydrator, and a skin refresher.  Which is perfect because why use 4 different products when you can use just one?!  Definitely a time saver!

First of all, again, can we please talk about the packaging??  This bottle just gives me life; it’s so colorful and cute!  It also smells amazing, which is like a huge part of a facial spray if you ask me.  It has a very fresh citrusy, fruity scent…like I almost want to drink it, it smells so good.  It also applies really nicely; the mist is very fine and the nozzle produces an even spray.  I like to spray it on before and after my makeup, to utilize both the priming and setting aspects.  Makeup does apply nicely on top of it, as opposed to bare skin.  Though if I was looking for something to really smooth out my skin texture and minimize pores, I would probably still use another primer with it.  I also don’t think it really significantly maximizes the wear time of my makeup either.  It does make my skin feel more hydrated after spraying a decent layer on, but it wouldn’t replace my normal moisturizer.  It does add that extra boost of hydration though.  When it comes to the skin refreshing aspect, this is great.  I love to spray it on randomly throughout the day because it feels so nice and smells so good.  The fresh scent really makes you feel a bit livelier.

I don’t know if it really is a true 4-in-1 product like they claim but, as a facial spray, I really like it.  It retails for $25 at Sephora and Tarte.  Let me know if you have tried this out and what you think!
